Nirmal Ganga Agro Tourism is a perfect spot for family outings just outside Nashik. The garden hosts a variety of birds and animals and also features a nice restaurant, known for their ‘Misal Pav’.
According to their website, this Nashik bird garden has about 1,000 birds from over 200 species. The birds are sourced from various parts of India as well as from countries like Australia, South America, and Africa.
Among them, the star attraction is the golden blue macaw, & the speciality is talking parrots.

- Hahn’s Macaw from South America

In addition to the beautiful birds, they also have ducks, guinea pigs, rabbits, hares, Persian cats, turkeys, iguanas, turtles, emus, and various pigeons and doves.
The best part about the garden is the interactions you can have with the animals. At a nomical cost, you’re given a bird food bowl. You can feed these birds and even click pictures with them on your hand.
There is a small garden outside where kids can play & relax. And sometimes they even let the rabbits play outside in the garden (that depends on your luck though).
Finally, here’s a tip: visit in the morning when the birds are most active.
